• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/database
• Explain company services clearly and professionally

• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in CRM
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and objections effectively
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process execution
