Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Talk to clients and explain travel packages, offers, and destinations
Share itineraries, package details, and pricing with customers
Assist customers in choosing the right destination and travel plan
Follow up regularly with clients to convert enquiries into bookings
Coordinate with the sales team for confirmed leads
Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, and customer details
Provide polite and professional support to customers at all times
Stay updated with travel destinations, packages, and trends
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused
Quick learner with interest in travel and destinations
Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Email, MS Office)
Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups
