Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound & Inbound Calls: Make calls to prospects and existing clients (outbound) and handle incoming calls (inbound).
Sales & Upselling: Persuade customers to buy, upsell, cross-sell, and close deals.
Lead Management: Generate and follow up on leads, converting them into sales.
Customer Service: Answer questions, resolve complaints, and maintain strong customer relationships.
CRM & Reporting: Accurately log all sales activities, customer info, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily/monthly sales and call volume targets.
Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of products/services to make effective recommendations.
