Job Summary

RUVA STORAGE PVT. LTD. is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive who can effectively handle leads, understand customer requirements, build strong relationships, and convert qualified leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle leads through India Mart Enquiries by calls, WhatsApp, email, references, and other sources.

Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.

Explain company products/services and provide suitable solutions.

Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper communication.

Convert leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Prepare and share quotations and coordinate with the sales team.

Maintain customer and lead data in CRM/Excel.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally.

Track sales pipeline, follow-ups, and conversion status.

Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer requirements.

Prepare regular reports regarding leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.

Strong follow-up and sales conversion skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Positive attitude and professional behavior.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a background in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management will be preferred.
