About the Role
We are looking for a confident and energetic Lead generator / Sales Telecaller to connect with potential customers, generate qualified leads, and maintain regular follow-ups.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English and be comfortable handling Indian clients over phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to potential customers.
● Generate and qualify sales leads.
● Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
● Explain company products and services professionally.
● Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
● Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
● Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
● Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills
● Excellent communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
● 1 +years of Telecalling or Sales experience.
● Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
● Good follow-up and relationship management abilities.
● Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM).
● Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
