We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at Nextgen Group. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹13,000 - ₹15,000 and opportunities for growth.

Qualification: -Graduate

Experience:-01 to 03 Years in Real Estate Co.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact, building rapport through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and meetings.

Handle complaints efficiently, identifying needs and providing prompt solutions.

Convert leads into sales, follow up on inquiries, and maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems.

Implement initiatives to improve customer loyalty and drive repeat business.

Strong interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and conflict resolution abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and CRM
