About the Role

Janardan Farms and Resorts LLP is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Partner / Sales Manager to lead revenue generation, business development, and strategic sales growth across hospitality, resort, and allied business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Generate business through B2B partnerships, channel partners, alliances, and direct outreach
✔ Identify and convert qualified leads into confirmed business
✔ Handle client relationships, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures
✔ Coordinate with management for pricing, proposals, and business planning
✔ Maintain regular sales pipeline and revenue reports
✔ Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and field interactions
✔ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction

Desired Profile

✅ Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
✅ Experience in hospitality, resorts, travel, lifestyle, or real estate industries preferred
✅ Comfortable working in a target-driven hybrid role
