Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Customer Relationship Manager to handle client engagement, lead follow-ups, and site visit coordination for residential property projects. You will be the main point of contact between clients, developers, and our sales team, from first inquiry through booking and post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up on inquiries and leads from various sources, and qualify them by budget, location, and requirement
Schedule and coordinate site visits and client meetings with developers and project teams
Maintain accurate lead and client records in the CRM and update status daily
Share project details, pricing, offers, and brochures with clients
Coordinate with developers’ sales teams on bookings, documentation, and payment schedules
Provide post-sales support to clients, including follow-ups on payments, documentation, and possession updates
Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls, visits, and conversions
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate CRM, telecalling, or sales coordination.
Good knowledge of the Mumbai residential market.
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
Ability to handle follow-ups independently and meet targets
Graduate in any discipline
