Job Purpose

To engage potential customers through inbound and outbound calling, explain project details, qualify

leads, and drive site visits, ensuring a strong funnel for the Sales team. This role is crucial in creating

interest, building rapport, and improving customer conversion through effective telecommunication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Calling & Lead Engagement

 Make outbound calls to leads received from:

o Digital Marketing

o Tele-calling campaigns

o Referral Programs

o Events & Exhibitions

 Pitch project details effectively.

 Attend incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.

 Capture customer requirements and update CRM.

 Identify customer interest, budget, location preference, and buying intent.

 Qualify leads based on internal criteria.

2. Project Information & Customer Communication

 Explain project highlights, amenities, pricing, USPs, and location benefits.

 Address customer questions on: Layout, Documentation, Pricing, Location, and Approvals.

3. Driving Site Visits

 Convert qualified leads to site visit appointments.

 Coordinate with sales team & site team for confirmed visits.

 Follow up with customers post-call and improve visit confirmations.

4. CRM & Data Management

 Update customer details, call status, follow-up actions.

 Maintain call logs and visit schedules.

 Prepare daily calling & conversion reports.

 Share visit confirmation status with TL & Sales MIS.

5. Customer Relationship Management

 Build rapport and maintain positive communication.

 Ensure customers receive timely updates & reminders.

 Provide professional and courteous telephonic service.
