Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Business Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify business opportunities, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have 1–6 years of experience in relationship management, sales, banking, financial services, insurance, or a similar client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.

Achieve sales and revenue targets through cross-selling and upselling.

Conduct regular client meetings, follow-ups, and relationship reviews.

Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports, client records, and business forecasts.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.

Qualifications

MBA or relevant certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

1–6 years of experience in:

Business Relationship Management

Sales / Business Development

Banking / NBFC / Financial Services

Insurance / Telecom / Retail Relationship Management

Corporate Client Handling

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Client acquisition and retention rate.

Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Customer satisfaction and relationship score.

Revenue generated from assigned portfolio.

Cross-selling and upselling performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Energetic and self-motivated professional.

Strong networking and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.

Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
