Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls, follow up with prospective customers, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services, pricing, and offers clearly.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections and resolve basic queries professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams.
Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, and sales performance.
Requirements
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.
Good command of English and local languages.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
