Role & Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound business-to-business (B2B) calls in a polite, professional manner.
Guide business clients with accurate product and service information.
Resolve inquiries, questions, and complaints with a helpful, problem-solving mindset.
Log call details, updates, and follow-ups accurately in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex queries smoothly.
Meet daily performance goals related to call quality and customer satisfaction.
Who We Are Looking For
Education: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
Experience: Freshers welcome (0 to 6 months of experience).
Language Proficiency:
Fluent communication skills in English & Hindi.
Fluency in any South Indian language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) is a huge advantage.
Work Schedule: Comfortable with a regular 6-day day shift schedule.
Key Strengths: Active listening, positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge.
