Job Title: Digital Officer / Digital Relationship Manager

About the Role: We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused candidates for the role of Digital Officer / Digital Relationship Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are looking to build a career in the banking sector and gain hands-on experience in digital banking services. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer interactions related to digital banking services - Assist customers with account queries and transactions - Promote digital banking products and services - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Follow banking compliance and operational guidelines Eligibility Criteria: - Graduation is mandatory (any stream) - Passion to work in a banking process Language Requirements: Fluency in English along with any one regional language: Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu

Freshers CTC: ■Approx 2.4 LPA
