Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided lead database.
Explain credit-card features, benefits, fees, offers and eligibility criteria.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable card products.
Generate leads and convert prospects into credit-card applications.
Handle customer questions and sales objections professionally.
Collect and verify required customer information and documents.
Follow up with interested customers until application submission/processing.
Maintain accurate customer records
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales/conversion targets.
Skills Required
Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
Hindi and basic English communication; additional regional languages are an advantage.
Strong customer-handling and objection-handling skills.
Basic computer.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Ability to make a high volume of outbound calls.
Sales, telesales, banking, loan, insurance or credit-card experience is an advantage.
Eligibility
Education: 10th/12th pass or Graduate, depending on employer.
Experience: Freshers may be considered; prior telesales/BFSI experience is preferred for some roles.
Comfortable working in a target-based environment.
