📌 Position: Career Counsellor (IT Courses)
Experience: 0–3 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Location: Egmore, Chennai

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on IT programs such as Full Stack Development, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, and other tech courses
Conduct telephonic, walk-in, and online counselling sessions to guide learners on suitable career paths
Manage the entire admission and conversion process through effective lead handling and follow-ups
Convert inquiries from social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns into successful enrollments
Update, track, and manage leads using CRM software
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets while delivering an excellent student experience
Participate in events, seminars, and webinars for lead generation and brand promotion

🔹 Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and convincing ability
Basic understanding of IT career paths (preferred)
CRM knowledge and disciplined follow-up skills
Target-driven, proactive, and student-focused approach
