We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at Zucol Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, generate leads, and contribute to organizational growth. This role requires excellent communication, customer-handling skills, and the ability to understand client needs to provide tailored solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across relevant markets

Generate leads through online platforms, cold calling, networking, and referrals

Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations

Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions

Maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve sales targets

Prepare and present business proposals and negotiate contracts

Track sales metrics, maintain sales records, and prepare performance reports

Follow up with leads promptly and ensure smooth onboarding

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments

🛠 Required Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Strong sales and presentation skills

Basic understanding of business development strategies

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Knowledge of CRM tools (preferred)

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields

MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome

💰 Salary Range

₹11,000 – ₹20,000 per month

(based on experience, skills, and interview performance)
