We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills, along with the ability to understand customer needs and develop effective business strategies.
Key Responsibilities -
Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Required Qualifications -
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
