We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive with prior experience in a Legal Service Provider firm. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining legal services to potential clients, and converting prospects into customers through effective telephonic communication.
Contact potential and existing clients via phone to explain legal services such as company registration, GST, trademark, compliance filings, documentation, etc.
Generate leads and follow up on inquiries received through marketing channels.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable legal solutions.
Maintain and update client database in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Coordinate with the legal and documentation team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Handle client objections and provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and process.
Maintain proper follow-up and relationship management with clients.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of telesales experience in a Legal Service Provider, Law Firm, or Compliance Consultancy.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Knowledge of legal services such as company incorporation, GST registration, trademark filing, compliance, etc.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Good negotiation and closing skills.
Experience in B2B sales.
Understanding of Indian legal and compliance processes.
Strong follow-up and client handling abilities.
