Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
Explain project details, pricing, and location benefits to customers.
Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable real estate projects.
Follow up regularly with prospects via calls, WhatsApp
Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel sheet.
Fix site visits for the sales team.
Coordinate with the sales manager and provide daily call reports.
Achieve monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
1–4 years of experience in Real Estate Telesales (preferred).
Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
Basic knowledge of Noida, Noida Extension, and Yamuna Expressway markets (preferred).
Ability to handle objections and convince customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Fixed Salary (No commission-only model).
