Roles & Responsibilities

• Contact, follow up & convert qualified leads provided by the company

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Pitch product features based on the customer's requirements

• Drive sales of creative gifting categories (storybooks, paintings, portraits, posters)

• Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings & conversions

• Achieve monthly revenue targets

• Provide customer feedback for improvement of products & services

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in sales / business development

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Strong negotiation & closing ability

• Experience in D2C / e-commerce / gifting industry is a plus

• Positive attitude, high ownership & target-oriented mindset
