Business Development Executive – Share Market / Capital Markets
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base in the share market domain. The role involves acquiring new clients, promoting trading/investment products, and building long-term relationships with investors while achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new clients for equity, derivatives, commodities, and other market products
Promote share market services such as trading accounts, advisory,
Explain market products, trading platforms, and investment strategies to clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets
Coordinate with research, operations, and support teams for client servicing
Keep clients updated on market trends, offers, and new products
Ensure compliance with SEBI and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field
1–5 years of experience in share market, stock broking, or financial services
Strong knowledge of equity markets, derivatives, mutual funds, and trading concepts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Client-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills
Experience with broking firms, advisory firms, or wealth management companies
