ey Responsibility

Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Present, promote, and sell company products/services to potential customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) for smooth execution
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Follow up on leads, negotiations, and closures

Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory)
0–3 years of experience in sales/business development (freshers may apply)
Experience in B2B/B2C sales or digital marketing industry is an added advantage
Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, and follow-ups
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
