WE’RE HIRING | SALES CONSULTANT – HIGH-TICKET CLOSING
Male Candidates Only
Experience: 3–6 Years
📍 Remote – India
💰 CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA Fixed + Incentives up to ₹5 LPA
🕙 10 AM – 7 PM IST | Monday Fixed Off

What You’ll Do
• Own the complete sales cycle: discovery → consultation → negotiation → closure
• Conduct high-volume discovery and closing calls
• Understand prospects' career goals, challenges and constraints
• Handle complex objections and sell on value and fit
• Maintain a strong pipeline and structured follow-up cadence
• Use LinkedIn & Sales Navigator for prospect engagement and outbound activity
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
• Provide feedback on lead quality, objections and sales messaging

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in EdTech, Career Services, Upskilling, Financial Services or similar high-ticket environments
• Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
• Excellent Hindi & English communication; comfortable with Hinglish
• Strong LinkedIn & Sales Navigator proficiency
• Comfortable with sustained daily calling and follow-ups
• Self-driven and accountable in a remote environment
• Able to demonstrate deal size, conversion rate and target achievement
