Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Stock Market

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to acquire new clients, promote stock market products and services, and build long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a basic understanding of financial markets. Similar roles typically focus on client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.

• Acquire new clients for stock trading, investment advisory, and related financial products.

• Explain stock market products and investment opportunities to prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into active clients.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.

• Coordinate with the research and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Stay updated on stock market trends and company offerings.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong sales and convincing ability.

• Basic knowledge of the stock market, Demat accounts, and trading platforms.

• Customer-focused approach with relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, MBA, or Finance preferred).

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

• Experience in financial services, broking, insurance, or stock market sales is preferred.
