Job Description
B.L. Tandon & Company, a leading electrical distribution company, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for customer handling, sales generation, and office operations while maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide product information through phone calls and other communication channels.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Generate sales and achieve assigned targets.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Perform office-related administrative and sales support activities.
Manage and analyze data using Advanced Excel.
Handle accounting and inventory-related tasks using Tally.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years and maximum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, customer handling, or a similar role.
Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
