Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and energetic Business Development Executives to join our team at Indore. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to start their career in sales and business development. The selected candidates will support lead handling, customer communication, and sales coordination activities under proper guidance and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through calls and meetings

• Understand customer requirements and explain company products or services

• Support the sales team in lead follow-ups and data management

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and basic documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes

• Work towards achieving assigned business development objectives

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers only (no prior experience required)

• Graduate preferred (any discipline)

• Strong interest in sales and business development

• Willingness to work from office on a full-time basis

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills

• Basic proficiency in English (preferred)

• Confidence in speaking with customers

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM tools – training will be provided)

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: INR 15,000 to INR 30,000
