As a Product Advisor – Retail, you’ll be the face (and voice) of Shaadi.com to our customers. Whether over the phone or at one of our walk-in centres, your role is to guide people through one of the most important journeys of their lives — finding a life partner — and help them make the most of our premium offerings.
What You’ll Do
· Call prospective customers from provided leads and pitch relevant Shaadi.com premium services.
· Convert free members to paid members by following our proven sales process.
· Update call notes, follow-ups, and call outcomes in the system in real time.
· Follow up with potential leads and track conversions with persistence and care.
· Meet daily/weekly/monthly call volumes, talk time & revenue targets.
· Handle walk-ins (if assigned) — engage with them, explain features, & convert to premium.
· Maintain all customer interaction records and documentation accurately.
