Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
- Introduce and explain our matrimonial services to clients.
- Understand client needs and preferences to provide suitable matches.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and feedback in our database
- Follow up with clients and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and implement strategies for lead generation.
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in telesales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada language.
