Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a professional manner
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Follow up with customers for feedback, renewals, or payments
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in the system
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Job Requirements:
