Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive
Job Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to contact potential customers, explain our products/services, and generate leads or appointments.
Responsibilities:
Call potential customers from the provided database.
Explain company products, services, or offers clearly.
Convince customers to visit the site / office or purchase the product.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Maintain call records and customer details.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Achieve daily and monthly call/lead targets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Telugu, Hindi, or English).
Basic knowledge of phone handling and customer interaction.
Ability to convince customers.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.).
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
