Academic Counsellor – Inside Sales (EdTech | Lead Conversion Role)

Job Type - Remote

Salary- ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives

About the Role

We are hiring Academic Counsellors (Inside Sales) to convert interested leads into enrollments for Specular Learning programs.

This is a target-driven sales role, ideal for candidates who are confident in handling calls, explaining courses, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and engage with inbound & assigned leads

• Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs

• Explain course details, outcomes, and pricing clearly

• Handle objections and convert leads into enrollments

• Conduct follow-ups to close deals

• Maintain lead data and updates in CRM / tracker

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years experience

• Inside Sales / Tele-calling / EdTech Sales

• Strong communication & convincing skills

• Comfortable with high-volume calling.

• Target-oriented mindset (weekly/monthly closures)

• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

Not suitable for:

• HR recruiters

• Non-sales profiles

Candidates uncomfortable with targets/calling
