Job Description:

BIITS is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counsellor cum TeleSales Executive to join our team. This is a target-based role, ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for education and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential students and parents via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Provide detailed information about BIITS courses, admission processes, and career opportunities.

• Counsel students on selecting suitable programs based on their interests and career goals.

• Convert leads into successful admissions by effectively handling queries and objections.

• Achieve monthly admission targets and maintain records of student inquiries and follow-ups.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion.

• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with prospective students.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass, graduates preferred.

• Experience: 1+ year in telesales, admission counseling, or a related field is a plus.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and convincing skills.

  • Target-driven and self-motivated.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
