Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to handle student counselling, lead follow-ups, course-related queries, and admission conversions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding students' requirements and guiding them toward suitable medical-sector courses and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls with students and prospective candidates.

Counsel students regarding available courses, eligibility, procedures, fees, and career opportunities.

Generate and manage leads through calls, follow-ups, and other sources.

Follow up regularly with interested students and convert leads into admissions.

Maintain accurate student information, call records, and follow-up details in CRM.

Explain course structure, admission process, documentation, and other relevant information.

Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Coordinate with the admission and management team for smooth enrolment.

Meet assigned monthly admission and revenue targets.

Maintain daily calling and counselling reports.

Ensure timely follow-up of pending and interested leads.

Participate in training and evaluation sessions to improve course knowledge and counselling skills.

Performance Expectations

Monthly Target: Minimum 10 Admissions

Maintain consistent daily calling and follow-up activity.

Achieve assigned conversion and revenue targets.

Maintain proper CRM and reporting records.

Demonstrate professional communication and counselling skills.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Good Hindi and English communication.

Strong counselling and follow-up skills.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
