Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Academic Counselors who can guide students regarding educational programs, courses, and career opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
Counsel students and explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities.
Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Generate admissions through effective follow-ups and convincing skills.
Handle student queries and resolve admission-related concerns.
Maintain lead data and update records in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Follow up with interested students until successful enrollment.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Strong interest in sales and student counseling.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Graduates from any stream are welcome.
Experience in Academic Counseling, EdTech, Inside Sales, Admissions, or Telecalling will be an added advantage.
Candidates with good communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
