This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive, located in New Delhi. The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client inquiries, offering travel solutions, designing travel itineraries, and closing sales. Additional day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, staying updated with travel trends and promotions, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales, Customer Service, and Relationship Management
Knowledge in Travel Planning, Itinerary Designing, and Destination Expertise
Skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Persuasion
Capacity to provide exceptional Customer Service and resolve issues effectively
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in standard office software and travel booking systems
Prior experience in the travel industry is highly desirable
A bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
