Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database. Explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, and benefits. Follow up with interested customers and schedule site visits. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in CRM. Handle customer queries courteously and professionally. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for conversions. Meet or exceed daily/weekly call targets and lead generation goals. Maintain knowledge of current property listings and market trends. Requirements: Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
