Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Aditya Groups.

Is role me aapka main kaam hoga clients ko call karke unhe Insurance & Financial products ke baare me basic information dena, unki needs samajhna aur interested customers ko guide karna. Aapko leads handle karni hongi, follow-ups maintain karna hoga aur sales process smoothly complete karna hoga.

💰 Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 (In-hand) + Performance-based Incentives

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Clients ko call karke unki requirement samajhna
• Insurance / Financial products explain karna aur promote karna
• Interested leads ko handle karna aur proper follow-up lena
• New business opportunities identify karna
• Sales close karna aur client relationship maintain karna
• Daily work ka basic record maintain karna

📋 Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass
• Freshers can apply
• Good communication skills (Hindi / Marathi preferred)
• Customer handling aur convincing skills honi chahiye
• Cold Calling, Lead Generation ka basic knowledge ho to plus point

🏢 Work Type: Office-based Job (No Work From Home)

🕒 Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
