We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to achieve targets in the real estate sector.
Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels (calls, networking, social media, etc.).
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate property options.
Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing and CRM team to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay updated on current real estate market trends, competitors, and project developments.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance and client follow-ups.
