The Sales Executive will handle company-generated leads, generate additional leads independently, conduct site visits, and convert prospects into customers for real estate plotting projects. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and a goal-driven approach to achieve sales targets.
Handle leads provided by the company through marketing, campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
Qualify and follow up with leads promptly to maximize conversion.
Generate additional leads through field activities, networking, cold calling, and social media outreach.
Build and maintain a personal pipeline of potential clients.
Explain project details, pricing, legal documentation, and payment plans.
Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.
Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Guide clients through the booking process and documentation.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and investors.
Provide post-sale support and coordinate with internal teams for documentation and customer service.
Prepare daily follow-up reports and visit reports.
Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and events.
Keep updated on competitor projects and market trends.
1–3 years of experience in sales (real estate plotting sales is an added advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust and maintain customer relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM usage.
Two-wheeler preferred for site visits.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
