Sales Manager – Partnerships & Alliances
JOB DESCRIPTION
Candidate will be responsible for office cum field job identifying, developing and managing strategic partnerships with DSA networks, financial intermediaries, NBFCs, Banks etc for business growth. The role involves achieving sales targets through channel partners , expanding market reach & ensuring strong relationship management with the Partners
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Development
Identify and onboard new strategic partners including DSAs, NBFCs, Chartered Accountants, financial consultants etc .
Develop mutually beneficial business models and finalize partnership agreements.
Build strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure consistent business inflow.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive sales of varied loan products (e.g., secured/unsecured business loans, project finance, working capital loans, loan against property, etc.) through the channel partner.
Obtain business by pitching legal services supported by the Legal department
Meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Develop joint business and marketing plans with partners to maximize loan sourcing.
Key Skills Required:
Strong understanding of loan products and credit processes
Proven experience in creation of channel network of DSA,s, Finance professionals, Chartered Accountants etc
Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills
Result-oriented
Partner performance tracking
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / MBA in Finance, Marketing
4 to 5 years of experience in partnership/channel development & management within the financial services or lending industry
Experience in working with Banks, NBFCs, DSA networks preferred
