Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales executives, generating revenue, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
Generate leads through marketing activities, channel partners, and direct sourcing.
Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential clients.
Monitor daily sales activities and prepare performance reports.
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers.
Ensure proper follow-up with clients for bookingsand closure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of local real estate market (Noida & NCR preferred).
