Your Mission:

Discover new business prospects via digital, in-person, and cold outreach

Build trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders

Study market shifts and customer behaviors to spot trends early

Pitch our services with confidence, clarity, and creativity

Smash monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Work with delivery teams to ensure service excellence

Maintain records of leads, interactions, and deal progress

What You Bring:

A degree in Business / Marketing / Any discipline with strong passion for sales

Excellent spoken and written communication in English (regional language a plus)

Good with people — natural relationship-builder

MS Office knowledge and basic CRM understanding

Freshers with strong drive are encouraged

Compensation:

For Freshers: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month (performance-based)

For Experienced:

Guaranteed 30% hike on last drawn CTC

Top 50% performers eligible for extra 30% hike post-interview
