Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling company-provided client leads and converting them into sales. The candidate should have fluent English communication skills, be comfortable interacting with clients, and be able to understand their interior design requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1.  Qualify leads provided and convert them into sales.

2.  Contact potential clients through calls, meetings, and site visits.

3.  Understand client requirements, preferences, and budget.

4.  Present interior design solutions and service packages to clients.

5.  Coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals and quotations.

6.  Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to close deals.

7.  Maintain proper records of leads and client communication.

8.  Build strong client relationships and ensure a smooth sales process.

9.  Achieve monthly sales targets.

Required Skills

1. Fluent English communication (mandatory)

2. Strong sales and negotiation skills

3. Good client handling ability

4. Confident and professional personality

5. Should be an expert in making proposal, presentations.

6. Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups

7. Basic understanding of interior design services is a plus

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

2. 2–3 years of sales experience (experience in interior design, real estate, or home solutions preferred)

Salary

• ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed Salary)

Candidate location: within 10 KM radius

Travel: Site travels will be required as and when required. Prefer to have candidate with own 2 wheeler vehicle
