We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the AV industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and selling integrated audio-visual solutions to both corporate and institutional clients. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing.
Identify and target potential clients across corporate, education, hospitality, government, and event sectors.
Generate new leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and online research.
Conduct client meetings to understand AV requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Coordinate with the pre-sales and technical teams to design AV solutions.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals effectively.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients through the sales pipeline.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Provide after-sales support and coordinate with service teams for installation and troubleshooting.
Track customer satisfaction and ensure repeat business.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
Report sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new AV technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in AV, IT, electronics, or B2B solutions.
Knowledge of AV products such as projectors, video walls, conferencing systems, speakers, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Experience working with AV integrators, resellers, or system integrators.
Familiarity with RFPs, tenders, and institutional procurement processes.
