Job Opening: Sales Executive (MALE) – Real Estate

Location: Yashwant Niwas road (Rani Sati Gate)

We are looking for a Male Sales Executive for our real estate firm who can handle our clients on site.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our real estate projects

·       Introduce and promote our projects, highlighting key features and benefits

·       Qualify leads and set up appointments for our sales team

·       Build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions

·       Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics

·       Update CRM database with accurate and timely information

·       Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up and closure of leads

·       Explain projects, pricing, and offers to customers

·       Visit project sites with clients as required

·       Follow up with leads and close deals

·       Maintain customer records and sales reports

·       Coordinate with the sales and management team

Requirements:

·       Male candidate preferred

·       Good communication and presentation skills
who can sit on canopy ,who has willing to go on events .

·       Willing to work on site .

·       Ability to work on Saturday & Sunday (weekly off on a weekday)

·       Basic knowledge of real estate sales preferred

·       experience can apply (Fresher is an advantage)

Working Hours:

·       Office hours: [10:30 to 7:30]

·       Weekends: Site visits & sales activities
