Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will manage client interactions, follow-ups, and property sales efficiently, leveraging ELSE software or CRM tools to streamline processes and ensure a seamless sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site and walking meetings with prospective clients.
Maintain regular client follow-ups and track interactions using ELSE software.
Schedule and attend revisit meetings to nurture leads.
Conduct closing meetings to finalize property sales.
Make site visits to ensure all pending sales are closed.
Attend referral meetings to generate new business and expand the client network.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and sales status in ELSE software.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in real estate sales and client relationship management.
Proficiency in ELSE software or similar CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
