Job Overview

We are hiring a dynamic Sales Engineer for a leading industrial equipment company specializing in cranes and hoists. This role involves a mix of technical understanding and sales execution, including both office coordination and field visits to industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial sector

• Conduct technical presentations and explain crane and hoist specifications

• Prepare and share quotations and proposals

Field Marketing & Client Visits

• Visit factories and industrial sites to understand client requirements

• Recommend suitable crane and hoist solutions

• Build strong relationships with purchase managers, engineers, and decision-makers

Digital Lead Management

• Handle inquiries from B2B platforms like IndiaMart

• Convert leads into business opportunities

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients

• Provide basic post-sales support

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain daily reports of sales activities and visits

• Share market insights and competitor updates

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or industrial field marketing

• Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi preferred)

• Willingness to travel for client meetings

• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
