We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Female Sales Representative to promote and sell our specialized medical products to hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare facilities within a designated territory. This role is a critical link between our innovative products and the medical professionals who use them to provide life-changing care.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned area.Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and clinical staff.Provide product expertise and conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of surgical equipment.Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor products.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.Required Skills & QualificationsProven success in a sales role, preferably within the medical equipment, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse medical professionals.Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding targets.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication).Polished business presence: Consistently presents a clean, neat, and appropriate professional appearance in formal business settings Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
