Job Description:
Avista Learning is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining our courses, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students and parents
Explain Avista Learning’s courses, benefits, and admission process
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
Maintain accurate records of calls and conversions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain positive relationships with students
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of sales or telecalling (freshers can apply)
Ability to work with targets and incentives
Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month
