Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally (Voice Process).
Manage customer queries through chat and email support (Chat Process).
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Work in rotational day/night shifts as per process requirement.
Follow company guidelines and maintain performance targets.

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers & Experienced both eligible depending on process). For the Chat Process, a minimum of 6 months Email/Chat experience is mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-centric approach are important for this profile. Basic computer knowledge and adaptability to rotational shifts are an added advantage.
